Job Title: Clinical Implementation Specialist
Reports To: Director Of Corporate Training

Overview
The Clinical Implementation Specialist is a key position within the MedLink team and is responsible for project planning, customization, and implementation of new practice management systems and/or electronic health records systems. The CIS will deliver a full suite of electronic medical record solutions to the provider community throughout the United States and will require extensive travel

Specific Duties
  • Assist practices in implementing electronic solutions, such as practice management, billing, and electronic medical record systems.
  • Develop clinical workflows and process improvement recommendations.
  • Customize software based on established practice needs.
  • Conduct go-live training at customer locations.
  • Mentor new Clinical Implementation Specialists.
  • Other duties as assigned and/or required.
Required Skills
  • Ability to travel 80% of the time.
  • Experience working in a clinical environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to train end users on the functionality of medical software.
  • Excellent customer service and computer skills.
  • Must be flexible and have the ability to remain professional under high pressure situations.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience implementing healthcare practice management or electronic health care systems.
  • Project related work in a healthcare environment.
